FTTH installation services

We deliver professional FTTH in-house installation and termination, connecting the network directly from the building entry point (HÜP) to the final outlet (GF-TA). Our process focuses on precise fiber routing, strict bending radius compliance, and meticulous clean-room splicing conditions. Utilizing the industry-standard EXFO EX1 platform, we execute full network qualification and generate the official line 'Birth Certificate' fully compliant with Deutsche Telekom's strict specifications, ensuring seamless project handover and acceptance. (And yes, we always use a spirit level "Wasserwaage" to mount equipment—because true precision means no crooked boxes.

High-Precision splicing

Our fusion splicing process strictly follows premium industry standards to ensure flawless transmission. We maintain meticulous clean-room discipline on-site, utilizing 99.9% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) and specialized lint-free wipes to clean every fiber prior to splicing. Combined with a precision-calibrated cleaver and regularly maintained fusion machines, we consistently eliminate contamination and guarantee stable, ultra-low-loss connections.

Muffen splice

We provide high-precision splicing and sealing of fiber optic enclosures (Muffen). Handling hundreds of delicate fibers inside a single enclosure demands high repetition and deep concentration; despite the monotonous nature of this work, we maintain strict discipline to eliminate routing errors. Delivered with owner-operated precision, we ensure flawless cable preparation, strict bend radius compliance, and expert moisture-proof sealing for long-term network stability.

NVT splice

The NVT (Netzverteiler) street cabinet is the critical hub where the end-user's line connects to the main network. We strictly adhere to precise routing distances and fiber slack management inside the cabinet. Every single splice is executed to achieve an ultra-low loss followed by a mandatory visual inspection on the fusion splicer's display to guarantee flawless core alignment and zero defects.

Fiber network testing

Utilizing the industry-standard EXFO EX1 platform, we execute full network qualification and measurements. Operating with owner-operated precision, we generate the official line 'Birth Certificate' (Geburtsurkunde) fully compliant with Deutsche Telekom's strict specifications, ensuring seamless validation and project handover.

Fiber fault troubleshooting

We provide fast and accurate link diagnostics using advanced OTDR testing, optical power meters, and Visual Fault Locators (VFL). Operating with owner-operated precision, we utilize high-intensity VFL laser tracing to visually identify macro-bends and fiber breaks, ensuring rapid fault isolation and minimal downtime across the network.
